1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Super Simple Workout (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Super Simple Workout is a minimalist workout timer application. It provides a fixed routine of 4 exercises performed in circuits with configurable rest times and exercise durations.
3. In-App Purchase
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks premium features including workout history, metrics, personal records, and iCloud sync. This purchase is processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and is subject to the respective store's terms. The purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the store's refund policy.
4. User Data
Workout data is stored locally on your device and, if you have purchased premium features, synced via iCloud to your other Apple devices. We do not collect, store, or have access to your workout data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App are the property of Benhamouda Software and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Super Simple Workout is a timer and tracking tool, published by Benhamouda Software, not a medical or fitness advisory service. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not liable for any injury or health issue resulting from the use of the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benhamouda Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
